This Privacy Policy describes how Valor Assets LLC ("Valor Assets," "we," "our," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website at valorassets.org, our deal-submission services, our joint-venture (JV) distribution services, and our related communications (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

a. Information you provide directly

• Contact information: full name, email address, mobile phone number;
• Role information: whether you are a wholesaler, real estate agent, homeowner, or investor;
• Property and deal information: property address, property type, condition, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, asking price, estimated ARV, estimated rehab, contract status, closing timeline, notes, and any attachments;
• Communication content: messages, emails, and text messages you send to us.

b. Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, and general geographic location;
• Cookies & similar technologies: as described in Section 8.

c. Information from third parties

We may receive information from public records, title and property-data providers, and business partners where necessary to underwrite a submitted deal.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Review, underwrite, and respond to deal submissions;
• Match submitted deals with qualified cash buyers in our network;
• Communicate with you by SMS, phone, and email about your submission, buyer matches, JV agreements, and closings;
• Facilitate closing with title companies, attorneys, and escrow agents;
• Send service updates, receipts, confirmations, and — with your consent — marketing messages about Valor Assets offerings;
• Improve and secure the Services, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. SMS & Mobile Consent

When you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our deal submission form, you are opting in to receive text messages from Valor Assets. Specifically:

• Program description: the Valor Assets messaging program sends transactional and conversational messages (deal status, buyer matching, closing coordination, customer-care replies) and, if separately opted in, marketing messages about Valor Assets services;
• Message frequency: recurring; frequency varies based on your interaction with us;
• Rates: message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Valor Assets does not charge a fee for SMS;
• Opt-out: reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages;
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or email redha@valorassets.org;
• Consent not required: providing SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase, submission, or service;
• Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information for Third-Party Marketing

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information — including your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or email address — with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information you provide when opting in to SMS communications (including your phone number and consent) will be used only by Valor Assets LLC to contact you regarding our Services. SMS consent and associated phone numbers are not shared with affiliates, partners, or any other third parties for marketing.

6. Service Providers

We share information only with trusted service providers acting on our behalf and bound by confidentiality, including:

• Messaging and CRM platforms (e.g., our SMS / email provider and customer-relationship management software) — solely to deliver communications you requested;
• Website, hosting, and analytics providers — to operate the Site;
• Title companies, closing attorneys, and escrow agents — where necessary to close a transaction you have submitted or agreed to;
• Qualified buyers in our private network — limited to the property and deal information necessary to evaluate a potential purchase. We do not share your contact information with buyers without your knowledge.

These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to Valor Assets.

7. Legal Disclosures

We may disclose information when required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with a legal obligation, (b) protect the rights, property, or safety of Valor Assets, our users, or others, or (c) investigate and prevent fraud or security issues.

8. Cookies & Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure site performance, and understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal and tax obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Deal-submission records are typically retained for seven (7) years consistent with real estate record-keeping norms.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure, including TLS encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the Services at your own risk.

11. Your Rights & Choices

• Access & correction: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct inaccuracies;
• Deletion: you may request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations;
• Opt out of SMS: reply STOP to any text message;
• Opt out of email marketing: use the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or email us at redha@valorassets.org;
• Do-Not-Call: you may ask us to remove your number from our call list by emailing redha@valorassets.org.

12. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

The Services are operated from and intended for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than your country.
